Los Angeles, CA, April 2, 2024 — Intellect, an ISO-certified leading provider of AI-powered QMS and EHSQ software solutions, announced today the appointment of Heather Preu as its Chief Executive Officer to take Intellect through its next stage of growth. Heather brings over 25 years of technology experience and a remarkable track record in strategic leadership and growing highly successful software companies. She succeeds Romeo Elias, the founding CEO of Intellect, who will transition to Chairman of the Board.
Heather brings extensive global leadership to Intellect, developing innovative products, go-to-market strategies, and driving transformational solutions for customers. Prior to joining Intellect, Heather worked at IBM, GE, Infor, and IQMS before becoming the CEO of North America for Kerridge Commercial Systems, a global ERP company. Heather has extensive experience in the QMS, ERP, PLM, and IOT industries, working with companies in various regulated industries, such as manufacturing, automotive, and medical devices.
