Romeo Elias is the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Intellect, an award winning leader in the SaaS enterprise software industry with a focus on enterprise Quality Management Software and Business Process Management (BPM). Romeo is a visionary executive, thought leader and advocate for business friendly software that requires No Programming and empowers everyone to innovate. Romeo has overseen Intellect's growth from its founding in 2000 to a high growth software company with hundreds of happy customers. Romeo is a patented inventor, entrepreneur advisor, and board member of Intellect.
Prior to Intellect, Romeo worked in the consumer electronics space, overseeing the engineering design and development of handheld electronics, and previously was the founder of a web development firm. He received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego and MS in Manufacturing Engineering from UCLA.
Peter Hargittay is Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Vice President of Business Development at Intellect, and is responsible for rebranding the company as Intellect from Interneer and for positioning the company for significant growth. Peter joined Intellect in 2013, and is responsible for corporate, product, and online marketing, business development through the Intellect partner channel, demand generation, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategies.Peter has more than 15 years of experience in building successful software and services businesses. Prior to Intellect, Peter served as the VP of Marketing and Sales Operations at Arise Virtual Solutions, and previously held executive marketing roles at Aegis, PeopleSupport, Intersil, and FileNet. Peter received both his BA in Economics and MBA from California State University, Fullerton.
James L. de Vera is the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) at Intellect. He is a 20+ year veteran of Enterprise Software Sales to the Fortune 500 and Midmarket marketplaces, and is passionate about Customer Success and working together with customers and partners to create high value solutions and rapid growth. He has a successful track record of exceeding annual sales targets by building and managing highly-productive sales teams. Prior to joining Intellect 2011, he served as a Strategic Account Manager for several major software companies including SAS, Compuware and Sterling Software just to name a few. James is a native Southern Californian and his hobbies and interests are his family, real estate investments, reading, skiing, fishing, hunting, camping, and horseback riding. James received his BS in Mathematics from California State University, Long Beach.
Selim Ozyel is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Intellect, and is responsible for creating the eQMS and BPM industry's most intuitive solution for connecting apps, people and processes. Selim leads software development, overall product design and direction, quality assurance, technology and infrastructure strategy, and technical operations. Selim received his BS in Computer Science and Engineering from Isik University, in Turkey, and a MS in Computer Science with a specialization in Software Engineering from USC.

Frank Perna is the Chairman of the Board at Intellect, and has a passion for building high growth software companies and surfing.
Frank was previously the Chairman and CEO of MSC Software, CEO of Magnetek, Chairman of Software.com and CalAmp, board member at PeopleSupport and Ping Identity.
Board Member
Jim opened one of the first self-service hamburger stands in Los Angeles in 1952 and began a highly successful career in the food industry. Jim became a franchisee of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) in 1960 and in 1967 he purchased the Sizzler Family Steak House chain from the founder. In 1968 he formed Collins Foods International (CFI), a public company. The company grew to 270 KFC stores and 700 Sizzler Restaurants. In 1991, KFC was acquired by Pepsi and CFI restructured as Sizzler International and currently includes 300 Sizzler restaurants worldwide and 113 KFC restaurants in Queensland, Australia. Mr. Collins is a member of numerous organizations and is on the Board of Directors of Lawry's. He has also been a generous contributor to UCLA, to the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and to the community.
Jaime Sipila is a seasoned entrepreneur and product professional with over 12 years of Internet industry experience. Jaime is a founder of Intellect and currently works at Rent.com. While at Intellect, he led implementation engagements for key accounts such as Harman International, Bose Corporation and Jacobs Engineering.
In his spare time, Jaime is an avid supporter of LA's BEST, a highly successful after school program in Los Angeles. Jaime earned an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He also holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and an Engineer Degree in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan.
Andre Durand is the founder, chairman and CEO of Ping Identity and a visionary within the cloud security and digital identity industry.
Prior to Ping Identity, Andre founded Jabber, an instant messaging software company acquired by Cisco in 2009. Jabber has now become the foundation for Google Chat, Apple Chat and Cisco's real time messaging and presence management infrastructure for their VoIP phones.
