As the Growth Marketing Manager your mission is to help accelerate growth! If you’re very analytical, data-driven, and always searching for ways to optimize new marketing programs to drive demand generation, then we want you. As a master of marketing automation using HubSpot, optimize SEO with blogs, content and other strategies, and SEM with Google Ads, LinkedIn and Facebook Ads, and referral sites such as Capterra, Software Advice and others, you’re role is to optimize marketing programs and monetization levers to drive growth. The ideal candidate will have direct experience managing demand generation for a high growth SaaS enterprise software company, thrives on metrics-based goals and possess a hunger and drive to exceed goals.
Your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional lead generation results by designing, executing, and iterating on B2B marketing campaigns through multiple channels, including inbound and outbound demand generation. You’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating growth for the company by increasing our Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Execute and manage programs that generate qualified leads to our pipeline that fuel sales and accelerate revenue growth.
