I notice that many of the posts and discussions on BPM sites, groups and blogs are heavy with jargon, terminology, case logic and concepts. In my world, I find I have to explain even the basic concept of what a workflow or business process is to a company. Are the jargons and complex cases necessary in order to get our points across or are they slowing down adoption? I am on the side of KISS, Keep It Simple Stupid! Would love to hear your thoughts!
