Interneer's Intellect offering has matured nicely over the years, and the firm has amassed an impressive stable of customers from diverse industries.
Ease of Use
The firm's claim to fame is a simple, cost-effective no-coding BPM platform for rapid business process application development with real-time reporting and dashboard applications.
Interneer's ability to enable nonprogrammers to develop business process applications stems from some behind-the-scenes automation of its own. Intellect's metadata-driven architecture automates roughly 80% of developer tasks, such as creating database and index structures. The drag-and-drop features in the design tool then generate the code needed for execution and controls.
Version 7 extends the platform with roughly 50 feature enhancements and enables business users to develop mobile applications without programming or coding skills. It's new MobileApps tooling is BYOD-capable, and can capture data, upload photos, manage documents, run reports, and review and approve work activities in the field. It uses GPS to track and confirm deliveries, and can assure task-list completion. Interneer's MobileApps is not limited to HTML 5, and can exploit the native functionality of various devices from Google, Apple and Microsoft.
